Developer now marketing office, retail space in former Patrick Henry Hotel
The Patrick Henry Hotel development team today opened up the 1925 property on South Jefferson Street to reveal the renovations have happened there since local developer, Ed Walker, purchased the shuttered hotel in October.

Anyone have an address or contact info on the developer. I can’t find them anywhere online, and would like to share with them samples of our 3D work to help them pre-lease their residential and commercial space for this great project.
